Houda AOURARHI

FOUNDING PARTNER ARCHITECT

Born in Rabat in 1980, Houda Aourarhi graduated from the National School of Architecture, Rabat, in 2005.

She began her career at Oger International Maroc, first as an architect and later as a project manager, before co-founding the agency Handis in 2008 and subsequently H+E Architecture in 2014.

Alongside her professional practice, she has been teaching since 2025 at the School of Architecture, Planning & Design at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Benguerir, following a previous teaching position at the Casablanca School of Architecture from 2019 to 2022.

Badre BOUZOUBAA

FOUNDING PARTNER ARCHITECT

Born in Tétouan in 1977, Badre Bouzoubaa graduated from the National Higher School of Architecture in Toulouse in 2002 and holds a Master’s degree in Cities, Architecture and Heritage from Paris Nanterre University (2004).

He began his career in France, working with Atelier 360° and Agence Séquence, before returning to Morocco in 2004. As an independent architect, he co-founded Empreinte d’Architectes in 2006 and later H+E Architecture in 2014.

In parallel with his professional activity, he has been teaching since 2025 at the School of Architecture, Planning & Design at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Benguerir, after having taught at the Casablanca School of Architecture from 2005 to 2022.

Saad RHZIOUAL BERRADA

FOUNDING PARTNER ARCHITECT

Born in Rabat in 1979, Saad Rhzioual Berrada graduated from the National School of Architecture, Rabat, in 2005.

He began his career at AWM, where he served as agency director, before co-founding the agency Handis in 2008 and subsequently H+E Architecture in 2014.

Alongside his architectural practice, he has been teaching since 2025 at the School of Architecture, Planning & Design at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Benguerir, following his teaching experience at the Casablanca School of Architecture from 2018 to 2022.

Karim ROUISSI

FOUNDING PARTNER ARCHITECT

Born in Casablanca in 1975, Karim Rouissi graduated from the National Higher School of Architecture in Toulouse in 2001.

He began his career in France, first at Atelier Yvan Roussel and later at Agence Séquence, before returning to Morocco in 2002. As an independent architect, he co-founded Empreinte d’Architectes in 2006 and subsequently H+E Architecture in 2014.

In parallel with his practice, he has been teaching since 2025 at the School of Architecture, Planning & Design at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Benguerir. He previously taught at the Casablanca School of Architecture from 2006 to 2022, as well as at the National Higher School of Architecture in Versailles and at Paris-Sorbonne University within the Master’s program in Urban Planning and Development, “Historic City and Sustainable Development.”

He is also actively engaged in the preservation and promotion of architectural and urban heritage through various associations, notably Casamémoire, which he currently chairs.

Omar SERHANE

PARTNER ARCHITECT

Born in Rabat in 1984, Omar Serhane graduated from the Casablanca School of Architecture in 2012.

He joined Empreinte d’Architectes in 2010, where he initially worked as a partner architect before becoming a full associate partner in 2021.
